The company of ÖZEL TEKSTIL, has put its know-how in the field of fabric production for womenswear, to the service of well-known international brands and domestic ready-made manufacturers.

In August 2007, the company bought, vertically entegrated factory of Yakateks which has a well deserved reputation in the Textile world. Thus the YAKATEKS Company, with its brand name, trademark “YAKATEKS,” machinery, products, raw materials and customer database, become a property of OZEL TEKSTIL.

Our firm has been manufacturing fabrics for men and women. We have a monthly capacity of 1,500,000 meters.

Our designers working in collaboration with international brands and visiting important tradeshows, prepare 2 main and 2 interim collections and customized collections on request. We participate in important exhibitions in France (Texworld), England (Texbridge), Germany, Russia and Ukraine.
